Hi!
This week we have worked with Renaissance and humanism. We saw a video about Renaissance men, such as Leonardo DaVinci,  Shakespeare, Nicolaus Copernicus, Andrea Vesalius... We also did a worksheet about the printing press, invented by Johannes Gutemberg. It was a new technique of copying books, it was faster than copy the books by hand in monasteries because they used movable types in a metal matrix that later, was covered by ink and pressed. With the new technique, they made more copies of books in less time, so more books were wrote. Culture could arrive to more people because it was cheaper.

We leave you with a video about Renaissance men and an exercice we did in class.
